Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage apartment development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate, particularly in apartment projects, with strong leadership, planning, and execution skills to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for apartment construction.
• Coordination & Supervision: Oversee contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Quality Control: Ensure high-quality construction standards, compliance with safety regulations, and adherence to building codes.
• Budget & Cost Management: Monitor project expenses, negotiate contracts, and control costs to maintain financial efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with developers, architects, legal teams, and government authorities for approvals and smooth workflow.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Team Leadership: Guide on-site teams and ensure effective communication between departments.
• Progress Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, timelines, and challenges.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in real estate project management, specifically in apartment projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Strong analytical and budgeting skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with high-rise apartment projects.
• Familiarity with RERA guidelines and local real estate laws.
• Strong vendor and contractor management experience.
