Job Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute online marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness for our real estate clients. The ideal candidate has experience in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content creation, and lead nurturing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Optimize SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Create and manage content for social media, blogs, and email marketing.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to refine campaigns.
• Set up and monitor Google Ads & social media paid campaigns for lead generation.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights & recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and sales teams to enhance marketing efforts.
• Implement and track conversion funnels, landing pages, and CRM integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in real estate).
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Expertise in SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
