Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Residential Real Estate to oversee and manage sales, operations, and client relations. The AGM will play a key role in driving revenue, managing teams, and ensuring smooth execution of residential real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Growth:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead the sales team to generate and convert leads effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
  • Oversee site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

Operations & Project Coordination:

  • Ensure seamless execution of residential projects in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Monitor and optimize project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure documentation and regulatory adherence.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government authorities when needed.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address grievances proactively.
  • Drive engagement through client meetings, events, and post-sales services.
  • Handle escalations related to project delays, financial transactions, and legal matters.

Team Leadership & Training:

  • Lead, mentor, and train the sales and operations teams.
  • Monitor team performance and provide strategic direction to improve efficiency.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and encourage teamwork.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Provide insights on pricing strategies and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 8+ years in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the residential real estate market, regulations, and customer behavior.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate software.
