Job Title: - Manager – HR

Location :- Attur , Salem


Roles and Responsibilities

·      Responsible for Manpower Recruitment related to garments field

·      Handle on boarding activities of new joinee’s

·      Administer and monitor PMS Performance management system full cycle.

·      Employee training and development.

·      Payroll and Salary Administration

·      Manage employee welfare activities like Canteen , Hostel ,Transport etc.

·      Maintain Statutory compliance as per law.

·      Supervising daily operations of HR and admin activities.

·      Managing workplace safety and housekeeping.

·      Conduct exit interviews and submit report to the management.

·      Handle employees’ grievances and redressing the same timely.

·      Maintain employee database in personal files.

·      Liasioning with Government authorities

·      Organize socio cultural activities and events for employees.
