Job Overview

We are seeking a female Junior Ecommerce Executive to join our team in Surat on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will support the ecommerce operations across various platforms. This role is crucial in managing online product listings, ensuring smooth order processing, handling inventory management, and providing stellar customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and basic data management skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Qualification: 12th pass.
• Strong knowledge and experience with ecommerce platforms (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in product listing, ensuring detailed and accurate representation of products online to boost sales.
• Experience in order processing, managing end-to-end procedures from order receipt to delivery completion.
• Knowledge of inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and correctly reflected on all platforms.
• Efficient in data entry, maintaining up-to-date records within the system with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using Excel for data manipulation and reporting to support ecommerce decisions and strategies.
• Excellent customer service skills, handling inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• A keen eye for detail and an ability to multitask, ensuring smooth operation of various ecommerce activities simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities
