We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and drive sales growth in North Goa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves visiting industries and factories, understanding their requirements, and offering our range of high-quality industrial footwear as solutions to their safety needs <h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Market Exploration: Identify potential clients, including industries and factories, within the assigned territory of North Goa.</li><li>Sales Visits: Conduct regular visits to client sites to present our product range and discuss tailored solutions.</li><li>Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.</li><li>Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent outreach and follow-ups.</li><li>Negotiation &amp; Closure: Handle negotiations with clients, draft quotations, and close sales deals effectively.</li><li>Market Feedback: Gather and share insights about market trends, competitor activities, and client needs with the management team.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Skills:</h3><ul><li>Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development (preferably in the industrial safety or footwear industry).</li><li>Skills:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Other Requirements:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across North Goa.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Knowledge of industrial safety products is a plus but not mandatory.</li></ul>
