Recruitcast Consultants is seeking a talented Technical Recruiter with 0-4 years of experience to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented technical professionals to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies

Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various online resources, job boards, and social media platforms

Build and maintain a strong network of candidates

Create and manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms

Negotiate salary and benefits packages with selected candidates

Provide regular updates to hiring managers and ensure a smooth hiring process for all parties involved

Requirements:

• 0-4 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the technology industry
• Strong knowledge of various sourcing and recruiting techniques, including Boolean searches, job boards & social media
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software
