We are seeking a dedicated Junior Sales Manager to join our team at Realty Avenue in Gurgaon. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. The successful candidate will leverage their skills in Sales, Lead Generation on call, and Customer relationships to drive business growth and fulfill our company's mission of excellence in real estate consultancy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience in understanding customer requirements, Lead generation by offering property as per client need.
• Ability to build and nurture customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and arranging site visits.
• Strong CRM management skills to maintain accurate and updated client databases and track interactions.
• Cultivate existing client relationships to increase repeat business and referrals.
• Ability to work as team and work considering company code and ethics.
• Represent Realty Avenue at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
