  • Responsible for lead management in CRM and ensuring timely follow-up with leads
  • Maintain and update CRM database with client information and status
  • Communicate effectively with sales associates via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and clients
  • Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and follow-up on sales activities
  • Create and maintain reports on lead status, sales activity, and client communication
  • Provide support to the sales team as needed
  • Continuously update CRM processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM in a channel partner or developer firm
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM software and lead management processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

*Candidate will be preferred from Navi Mumbai Location*
