Understand the property investment/ buying need and then accordingly educate the prospect regarding the properties which match with their budgets and expectations.3. Having a good understanding of the connectivity, amenities, locations and the configuration.4. Continuous upgrading oneself on the neighboring projects.5. Inviting the prospects for the site visit.6.
