Job Overview

RDS Digital is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position at the junior level, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. The role requires a high level of product knowledge and excellent customer service skills.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Relationship Building (Mandatory skill): Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge (Mandatory skill): In-depth understanding of our digital products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating terms and conditions to close deals that are favorable to both the client and the company.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey ideas and information to clients and team members.
  • Closing: Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed revenue targets consistently.
  • Prospecting: Effective at identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through a variety of methods including networking and referrals.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in alignment with company goals.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring the best outcome for both the client and the company.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to senior management.
