Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at RDS Digital, a creative digital marketing agency located in Bangalore, India. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that align with our clients' digital marketing strategies. This is a junior-level position with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, and display ads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and deliver designs that align with the clients' brand identity and digital marketing goals.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve the quality of designs.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for different platforms and devices to provide a seamless user experience.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide innovative design ideas.
• Review and proofread designs for errors before finalizing them.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
