Responsible for overall Quality Assurance / Quality Control functions.

Responsible for maintaining quality works at Project Sites for the Region.

Review & Monitor Quality Performance in the Region.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Awareness of Quality Management Systems in the region.
• Approval of Concrete mix design.
• Co-ordinate / Attend / Follow up internal and external quality audits as per schedule.
• Reviews & Analyses the Project Quality Report.
• Reviews the Quality Walk Report received from all sites
• Quality Maintenance, Quality Control for construction of different infrastructures and many more projects.
• To Ensure that all the equipment’s and instruments are in validated & calibrated state.
• Review / Co-ordinate for Quality Plans and Quality Objectives of sites.
• Study of Contrast Specifications, IS Codes, Manuals for effective Implementation of works in relation to Quality of Products.
• To Prepare and track the trends in Analysis of various products.
• Reviews the Monthly Corrective Preventive Action Report & checks its effectiveness
• Provides input to the Tender Team whenever required.
• Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Materials, Product Quality, Manufacturing, Process, ISO-9000, TQM, TPM, Quality System, Training, Quality Tools.
• Coordinate /Attend & follow up for the Internal or External IMS [Integrated Management Systems] Audits & Internal QA/QC Audits.
• Suggest remedial measures regarding quality observations.
• Guide site team for defect control.
• Develop competence of QA/QC team.

Key Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Competencies: (Including Qualifications) required fulfilling role.

• Should be B.Tech / B.E 20-30 yrs. of Experience.
• Should be a qualified IRCA certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015.
• Should have sound knowledge of Quality Assurance / Quality Control procedures from initial to finishing stage.
• Should have worked in High rise building projects, having handled 7 to 8 projects amounting to INR 500 to 2000 crores.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Essential

• Experience in Construction Quality Assurance / Quality Control.
• Should have excellent leadership quality & experience in handling teams.
• Knowledge of relevant BIS codes for quality checking of materials will be an added advantage
• Responsible for undertaking Quality checks for compliance with Quality Standards.
