Key Accountability and Responsibility

The candidate must have done the procurement for CIVIL, FINISH ITEM, and MEP ITEM material and subcontract work from the contractor side.

Controlling the project sourcing in the most competitively priced Materials. Projecting stock levels and monitoring delivery times to ensure availability as per requirement. Interacting with all project stakeholders like planning, projects, stores, and RO / HO for smooth procurement operations in assigned project. He would be responsible for Subcontracting civil and MEP Packages. New vendor development, getting quotes, negotiating the price, and making the comparative statement for approval are daily affairs for this role.
