Position : Project Manager
Qualification : B.E civil engineer
15+ years of experience is required.
1. Plan, lead, and deliver on key projects that enable us to achieve operational excellence and support the growth objectives of our Service.
2. Trading and Operations division. Effectively communicate project expectations, project goals and scope to the team.
3 Build strong working relationships across organizations and geographies. Overall responsibility for smooth working right from commencement of project till handing over.
4. Co - ordination with the architect, structural consultants for the drawings required for the projects. Liaison with several agencies Attend in house and outside meetings to pass the knowledge and collected information. Periodic reporting to concerned directors about the project progress.
5. Advice the management on new ideas, developments, economy etc.,
Requirements
1. Having served as project manager in a previous company.
2. Should have completed at least 2-3 projects from start to finish as a project manager.
3. Should have experience in high rise residential projects ( G+ 30 storey) . Basic knowledge of MEP.
4. Must have worked for a contractor / builder. Develop project budgetary cost planning to feed into cash flows, analyze and validate the costing through rate analysis, based on trends and fluctuations in the market Responsible for preparation of procurement strategy based on project development schedule and manage the end to end process of procurement Prepare feasibility reports, benchmark / case studies, and development briefs for identified projects etc.
5. Years of proven work experience in the field of real estate with developers / project management firms on projects related to mixed use developments / commercial / residential projects Real estate market understanding, knowledge of valuations, trends, basic knowledge of competitor developers, consultant profiles etc.
6. familiar with procurement strategy, contracting strategy, Pre-Qualification, Tendering process, Contract Administration; Budgetary Costing, Project Cost Plan, Cash Flows
7. Should possess leadership skills with self-motivation and people management skills; multi- tasking and prioritizing skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, networking capabilities Demonstrated experience in Auto CAD, Power point, MS Office, MS Project Software.
Knowledge of MIVAN construction technology would be an added advantage.
