Qualification : BE ( Mechanical)

Should have sound knowledge on the Design of Plumbing and Fire Protection systems as per NBC and Indian relevant Codes.

• Study the requirement for the project and collect details/inputs from the client.

• Preparation of Design documents & Technical Datasheet

• Preparation of BOQ & DBR for the tender projects

• Preparation of design calculation for water supply pipes, drainage system, stormwater design, WTP, STP, and Fire Protection system.

• Attending meetings with Client, Architect for design requirements

• Coordination for project activities and drawing specifications with the clients to ensure drawings and documents are as per the specifications.

• Lead the Design team and Draughtsman to prepare drawings and design documents.

• Review and checking of Design drawings and documents.

• Provide technical assistance to concerned departments, liaison with client, consultant, site visits (whenever required) to support the project team
