In depth knowledge & exposure to Primavera/MSP on Project Scheduling & Tracking and Delay Analysis.Preparing Budget & Cash Flow for the Region, and tracking the Achievement status on Weekly basis for all the project within the Region.Preparing Presentations for Management Review Meetings and Performance Review Meetings.Coordination of Key Projects for Procurement & Resource Planning for timely completion of projects.Ensure timely procurement of major long lead items and fast moving items through effective planning. Responsible for preparing Monthly Material Requirement Schedule for the project on periodic basis.Preparation of MIS reports including DPR, WPR, MPR for Regional Office & Head Office Management.Coordinate with Project Coordinators, Project Managers and Site team to ensure interface issues are identified and dealt with a timely manner.Preparation of Tender Schedules for new prospective projects, whenever required.Preparation of Project Execution Plan (PEP) for new projects.
