B.Arch. with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as Architect.

Exp. of of Revit Architecture software , AutoCad software is reqd.

1. Responsible for reviewing, planning, and developing landscape or building/site design projects.

2. Co ordinating and overseeing the work of Architect, Structural and Interior design.

3. Excellent Architect & Structural & Interior Design Analytical and technical skills

4. Independently interact with Customers to understand the requirement

5. Gathering the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts.

6. Providing clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, the building site, and recent trends.

7. Residential: Plans and Drawings Architectural plans, Structural plans, Working Drawing / Detailed Drawing / Elevations to be executed as per customers requirement

8. Skills - Google Sketch Up/3DS Max / 2D/3D drawings / Interior Design /Structural Design software.

9. Reworking and modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients.

10. Interacting with other Architects and Designers to exchange ideas and provide support.

11. Ensuring all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained.

12. Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion.

13. Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects.

14. Prepare and participate in Client presentations.
