Minimum 9 – 15 years’ experience in of FEED/EPC of Fertilizer/ Petrochemical/ Refinery Plants

Instrumentation design activities - 3D modelling for instrumentation equipment, 3D model extraction for instrument layouts, CAD drafting work for instrumentation deliverables - Knowledge of interfaces with other engineering disciplines in carrying out project work for providing / receiving / reviewing the deliverables at various stages of project - Execution of 3D model reviw for I & C part - Saquad Check review - Following organizational quality practices and best design practices - Family with international codes and standards for design activities

Key responsibilities: -

Instrumentation hook up drawings for air piping, pressure pneumatic piping, instrument wiring - Control room layout for instrumentation equipment related to control system - Instrumentation layouts for Plot plan of instruments ,main cable layout, instrument wiring layout, air piping layout - Instrument support drawings, instrument installation drawings - Standard drawing for instrument installations - Instrument cable schedule, Cable block diagrams, Instrument JB wiring diagrams - Drafting of instrument loop wiring drawings - Drafting of Complex closed loop drawings - Drafting of interlock logic diagrams - Typical standard drawings for instrumentation - Instrumentation Bo2/ MTO - Assist department lead for man hour estimation Software Skills: SP3D, AUTOCAD, SPR, MS Office
