1. Education: B.Tech in (Mechanical Engineering) / Diploma / ITI

2. Technical Knowledge:

1. Expert knowledge of Auto CAD, BIM 360 Design, HAP & Revit.

2. At least 5 + years’ experience in MEP Modelling.

3. Ability to read and understand complex design and construction drawings with minimal assistance and oversight.

4. Ability to use Navisworks & STR Vision can be an added advantage.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Hands on experience in Auto CAD/Revit Modeling for HVAC Services to generate QTO’s for the same.

2. Should have good understanding of MEP Design development 

3. A working knowledge of AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 and Microsoft office.

4. To provide clash detection report.

5. Identify and notify potential discrepancies in GFC & Tender drawings

6. Coordinate and assist BIM team in Modelling of projects based off existing 2D CAD plans or Construction documents.

7. Maintenance and proper utilization of company/project standards, templates and content.

8. Experience in modelling of Commercial & Residential Buildings

9. Clean up and synchronize models/drawings on a daily basis to the cloud collaboration platform.
