Lead generation through different sources.

Handle end to end post sales process.

Handle sales ,recovery, legal queries of customers, execution of agreements.

Responsible for post sales, sorting out the customer queries as well as capturing feedback from customers to improve the service.

Mentoring call center team to ensure right information sharing by them to new enquiries.

Meeting with Bankers for getting various banking scheme.

Follow up regularly with existing clients to ensure they are happy

Build strong personal relationships with clients as their primary point of contact

Handling process from after booking to till possession.

Coordinate with other department for effective closure of complaints
