Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies aligned with goals.

2. Sales and Marketing:

• Lead the sales and marketing teams in developing and implementing effective strategies to drive revenue and market share.

3. Operations Management:

• Ensure operational efficiency and excellence in service delivery across all business units.

• Collaborate with operational teams to streamline processes and enhance overall performance.

4. Financial Oversight:

• Take ownership of Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities, making data-driven decisions to optimize financial outcomes.

• Responsibility and accountability for revenue and sales numbers with agreed profit margins.



1. Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.

2. Experience:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the real estate sector, demonstrating a successful blend of strategy and execution.

3. Skills:

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to balance long-term strategic goals with day-to-day operational needs.

4. Collaborative Leadership:

• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a collaborative work culture.
