We are looking for GM-Technical Services with 4-5 years of experience for a leading chain of hotels.

Qualification: ME / M-Tech from reputed University. Electrical or Mechanical Or BE / BTech with MBA from. Reputed university.. Electrical or Mechanical

BEEE or ASHREA certification would added benefit.

He would be responsible for -

-Periodic visits to various properties in India. Almost 103 Hotels at 63 locations. 55 Projects in pipeline. Job involves extensive travelling.

- Inspection and audit of MEP services & high end equipment including transformers, DG sets, chillers, heat pumps, fire and life safety systems, elevators, electrical panels etc

• Evaluation of R&M proposals and providing assistance in finalizing AMCs

·         Train engineering department staff on correct maintenance procedures and assists in repairs as needed.

·         Develop, implement and manage energy conservation programs for the property to minimise expenses.

·         Coordinate with the equipment suppliers for AMCs or any outstanding technical issues in any hotel.

·         Develop, implement, and direct all emergency programs.

·         Discuss with GMs / Owners / other HODs on maintenance status and inspection reports

·         Test hotel's emergency and security systems, features like Fire Alarm, CCTV, baggage scanners etc.

·         Handover of the property during pre-opening

·         Review of MEP Design Basis Reports of various projects

·         Review of MEP drawings and approval

·         Review of BOQs , Tender Documents
