We are looking for a HSE officer with 7-8 years of experience in high rise building projects,

Qualification - B.Tech / Diploma / Government recognized Diploma in Industrial Safety or M.E Industrial Safety will be preferred.

• Candidate should possess following as a minimum:
• Strong professional skills in carrying out basic and detailed site HSE management work.
• The candidate should be preferably experienced in building construction projects.
• Requires detailed knowledge and experience in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Should have strong knowledge on HSE governance, HSE Guidelines and regulatory requirement.
• Should be able to prepare HSE project plan, method statements, work procedures, SOPs ,etc.
• Should be able to carry out inspections and audits and submit reports.
• Advice Project Management team on HSE subjects. Establish various safety records / reports / site documentation to be maintained.

Technical skills :

• Develop & review all HSE Plans including Contractor HSE plans.
• Study and evaluate HSE process & tools
• Monitor & review HSE Performance, Compliance, Incident Management, Prepare training matrix and schedule trainings People and Team
• Works towards achieving Safety Expectations.
• Provide feedback and coaching to other team members.
