Around 5+ years of experience in sales / marketing.

Must have experience of project sales or services sales in the construction industry preferably in design consultancy services.

Primarily focused in MEP & Green building services marketing / sales.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. 

 

Job details -

  • Generating new leads for business expansion in Maharashtra region.
  • Should have a good network of clients from the construction industry like builders, contractors, architects etc.
  • To gather market intelligence , including information on clients and competitors in the industry trends , future projects , etc.
  • Generate and track leads and forecast your sales efforts to create new bookings.
  • Work closely with the technical team to complete the sales cycle
  • Collaborate in developing the systems , materials , and resources necessary for business development , including proposals , presentations , and serving offerings to win work.
