Job brief -
1. Oversee construction projects from beginning to end 2. Manage the budget and estimate costs 3. Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed. Keep track of inventory, tools and equipment 4. Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule 5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes 6. Evaluate risks 7. Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team 8. Obtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for construction sites 9. Plan construction operations and ensure all deadlines are met 10. Keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularly 12. Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards 13. Timely Billing and Follow-up of the payment 14. Handover of the project
