Qualification : BE (Civil), PG in Construction Management/ Contract Management

Experience : 10+ years. Should have experience with contracting division of large scale construction companies. Should have Pre-tender, post tender Contract management, Arbitration, Claims, risk assessment etc. 

ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY  Review of Tender contract provisions including preparation of PTP, ITB and PTR and identifying

all potential risks involved in the tender.  Upon issuance of LOA / LOI, if required coordinate with RO Head Contract Administration &

Tender team for finalization of Contract signing.  Responsible for carrying out periodic Risk Assessment cycles and conducting RRC meetings as per

RO Head Contract Administration.  Responsible for compiling Risk Registers, Dash Board and RACSI Reports for implementing Risk

Assessment Cycles  Supporting in effective implementation of the process, continue identification of gaps and ensure

compliance  Make sure that all types of claims are identified and support RO Head Contract Administration such

as variations, time related overstay & underutilization claims, changes to contract terms, interest on

delay in payments, Escalation, etc  Assisting in compilation of relevant supporting documents are in place for substantiating the claims

notified to the Client.  Target to achieve required claims on yearly basis as per the directions of the management  Responsible for smooth closure of Contract including Final bills, Warantees, Handing Over

Documentation, obtaining Virtual Completion Certificate etc.  In case of Arbitration/Litigation matters, to provide necessary support to HO Contracts Team by

making available required documents.  Responsible for co-ordination/Interface for Contractual issues between Execution Team & HO

Contracts.  Responsible for carrying out periodic Risk Assessment cycles.

Responsible for giving Training of Contract Administration to Site team
