To ensure the availability of Raw Material Sources / In put data for smooth analysis of RM

     Market trade .

*    Monitoring and controlling of Raw material price . ( Direct & indirect ).

*    Controlling of rate revision within Dept. Target Price .

*    Educate & update for vendor Registration process / by visiting them frequently for our 

     requirement like cost reduction in different head of costing .

*    Responsible for the documentation related to system ISO Audit .

*    Coordination with Account’s Department for the timely payment of supplier’s.

*    Review of RM price revision as per- Quarterly / Monthly / weekly . & update system as per  

     revision.

*    Transfer all RM Date to related department for smooth coordination .

*    Development of alternative local sources for imported raw materials.

*    Providing forecast to the suppliers.

*    Implementing Procurement strategy and policies.

*    Development of new Vendors.

*    Conducting trainings for vendors to educate them about company’s requirements and help

      them in improving their performance.

*     Evaluating vendors & negotiating the price, delivery schedule and terms and conditions with

      them.

*    Report to HOD about the status of all above point .

*    Check mails and SAP messages & update of reply to the concern person / department .

*    Assigning task to subordinates for achieving the department goal and review the same.

*    Coordinate with subordinate for the smooth supply of material .
