Review / coordinate for Quality Plans and Quality Objectives

·        Coordinate / attend / follow up Internal and External Quality Audits as per the schedule

·        Check the adequacy of the monthly corrective and preventive actions against the Nonconformities and customer complaints

·        Coordinate and conduct Monthly Review meetings with Quality Engineers at project sites

·        Responsible for Effective Implementation of HO/ RO initiatives/ policies within target dates and continuous monitoring to ensure compliance and process compliance's within specified days

·        Identify / coordinate for training needs of QA/QC Engineers

·        Provide inputs to tender team wherever required and attend tender kick off meetings

·        Responsible for awareness of Quality Management Systems in the region

·        Coordinate and assist in providing necessary to resources relevant to Quality Function to project sites

·        Review of concrete mix designs and coordinate for approval of the same from clients representative/ consultants

·        Guide and instruct the site Quality Engineers for defect controls

·        Jointly interact with clients for complaints related to Quality

·        Visit the sites for review of quality of works and activities

·        Suggest and implement new technologies / materials / methodologies / machines/ cost effective alternate materials to improve quality & productivity

·        Review and submit the Regional Quality Report to Corporate Quality Team

·        Conduct Internal Quality Audits as per the schedules

·        Review the Project Quality Reports received from the projects on monthly basis

·        Guide and supervise the overall development of Quality DET’s
