We need the following - 

1) Hands on ATS expert who has worked on all kinds of ATS and managed end to end TA Modules. No HRMS - HRIS expert or experience is required, please dont even touch those profiles. We have plenty of Taleo , Successfactors, workday , darwin box, BullHorn, Lever, Greenhouse experts in the market. Use them as keywords. 

2) The person should have detailed know-how about the ATS tools currently and in the past. 

3) The person should have implementation, deployment, execution and functional know-how in detail. 

4) The person will be a mediator between principal, ICIMS and any third party tools which needs to be integrated with ICIMS thus Configuration experience is a must. 

5) The person should know the Recruitment process in detail so that he can contribute in discussions and be able to suggest right customisation as per principal need. 

6) Person needs to work from the Pune office. 

7) The person will be an integral part of the recruitment team. 

8) Min 3 years relevant exp working on any ATS will do, total exp 8+yrs as we need mature, strong and good interpersonal skills. 

9) Max we can go up to INR 25LPA overall i.e. Fixed + 10% Variable.
