Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Mid-Level Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time role focuses on propelling our solar products' market reach, leveraging strong industry networks and relationship-building skills to meet sales objectives. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in solar energy sales and a keen understanding of the sales operations landscape.


Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience require (Solar industry prefer)
  • Proven experience in solar sales with a solid understanding of Photovoltaic (PV) technology and industry standards.
  • Exceptional negotiation techniques to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in social selling skills, including leveraging social media platforms to connect with potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to manage and optimize the sales operations process to ensure efficient workflow and customer management.
  • Excellent communication skills to create and foster strong business relationships across diverse markets.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to effectively handle clients' concerns and provide insightful solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and provide strategic insights.
  • Must have a results-driven approach with the ability to meet sales targets and objectives consistently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the solar energy sector to expand our client base.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to target a diverse range of markets and audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales objectives with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales metrics, forecasts, and activities to management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Rayzon Solar and promote our product offerings.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams concerning customer preferences and perceived product gaps.
