Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced mid-level Accountant to join our dynamic team at Rayzon Solar Pvt. Ltd. in Surat. This is a full-time position requiring expertise in financial reporting, tax preparation, and GST compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in accounting principles and demonstrate proficiency in managing financial data and systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in financial reporting, tax preparation, and GST compliance (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with GSTR and ability to manage GST filings efficiently (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of QuickBooks for maintaining accurate financial records.
• Experience with SAP systems to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting.
• Knowledge of GAAP principles to guarantee compliance with industry standards.
• Proficiency in data analysis to interpret financial results and provide strategic insights.
• Expertise in account reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and records.
• Manage all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate and prepare tax filings, including GST compliance and reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monitor expenditure activities.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Analyze financial data and create reports for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards to uphold company integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align accounting processes with company objectives.
