Job Duties
- Manage and oversee corporate sales operations to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at the plant level and with state heads.
- Generate new business by identifying and pursuing potential sales opportunities.
- Handle purchase inquiries and provide service-oriented solutions to clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance client relationships and promote long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and conduct market surveys to stay informed about industry developments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior sales staff.
- The position requires travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Flexibility to travel as required for sales activities.
