Job description: · Sourcing Affordable home loans and Cross-sell LAP &amp; Business loan to existing customers by way of renewal and fresh acquisition · Responsible for empanelment of the DSA and acquiring the customers for Home Loan from open market and developer relationship · Responsible for establishing the organization brand and managing the sales and business development activities for Home Loans with a focus on affordable/mass affluent segments in the assigned locations.· The incumbent is required to have a good knowledge and understanding of the local affordable/mass affluent markets and PMAY - Responsible for smooth functioning of the lending process at various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing of a loan, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan, collection, new and existing customer service.Job Requirement · Qualification – Graduate· Require minimum experience of 1 years in affordable home loans · Strong negotiation skill.

Roles and Responsibilities: - Functional Requirements <ul><li>Responsible for assessing customers sourced by the Sales team in line with the credit policy, and determining deviations and exceptions.</li><li>Handling credit underwriting of working capital / channel ﬁnance / term loans cases in the mapped region including visiting the customers.</li><li>Ongoing monitoring of accounts, deferral tracking including tracking developments in the industry and the account to identify stress and work with the business teams / credit managers in devising appropriate mitigation strategies wherever needed.</li><li>Functionally manage the branch credit team for prompt and quality credit processing, adhering to the credit policy and deﬁned processes &amp; providing necessary approvals in line with the credit policy.</li></ul> Team Management <ul><li>Mentor and guide the credit manager for attainment of set targets, discipline, process compliance and adherence to company's rules and regulations.</li></ul> Portfolio Management <ul><li>Reviewing the portfolio monthly including analysis on the delinquent cases and suggest changes in current Credit policy.</li><li>Managing the changes in Credit policy as per market requirement to maintain healthy portfolio quality.</li></ul> Desired Skills: - <ul><li>CA/CFA.</li><li>Experience as a Credit Manager in SCF / Wholesale Funding (Inventory Finance) / Dealer Finance in Bank / NBFC.</li><li>Experience in End-to-End processing of loan proposals.</li></ul>

Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Accountable for acquisition of corporate customers &amp; responsible for achieving revenue targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.</li><li>Own new business acquisition target for the location.</li><li>Generate your own leads from the available resources. Make appointments, explore the customers insurance needs, select appropriate products to meet these needs from the product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation.</li><li>Develop and manage the relationship with key decision makers of clients.</li><li>Explore new business opportunities from time to time.</li><li>Build a good customer base in order to further explore opportunities to cross-sell &amp; up-sell and obtain referral from existing clients to further prospect where appropriate.</li><li>Proactively ensure performance review by submitting various sales reports as per agreed frequencies in order to ensure performance targets are achieved &amp; exceeded.</li><li>Maintain a healthy relationship with Pvt. &amp; PSU insurers to ensure aggressive terms and quotes.</li></ul> Desired Skills:<ul><li>MBA from recognized institute/university</li><li>3-10 years of relevant experience in corporate Sales for Broking/General Insurance Company</li><li>Strong communication &amp; influencing skills</li><li>Should be result oriented with customer centric approach</li><li>Should be well versed with role modelling &amp; strategic planning &amp; execution</li><li>lII Certification will be an added advantage.</li></ul>
