Sourcing Affordable home loans product Responsible for empanelment of the DSA and acquiring the customers for Home Loanfrom open market and developer relationships. Responsible for establishing the organization brand and managing the sales and businessdevelopment activities for Home Loans with a focus on affordable/mass affluent segmentsin the assigned locations. The incumbent is required to have a good knowledge and understanding of the localaffordable/mass affluent markets and PMAY - Responsible for smooth functioning of thelending process at various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanctionprocessing of a loan, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan,collection, new and existing customer service.
