We are hiring Bench Sales - US IT Recruitment @ Trichy, Tamil Nadu.

Job Description :

·      Bachelor’s degree

·      1+ years Bench Sales experience

·      Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizen & OPT) with Tier1 vendors.

·      Understanding of positions, compensation, techniques and methodologies 

·       Experience in sourcing and hiring passive candidates

·       Familiarity with the sales and technology markets and their ecosystem

·      Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle

·      Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques

·      Strong knowledge in full life cycle of H1B transfer and GC process. 

·      To get the requirement, working on Business development side with market research and Cold calling with Tier-1 Vendors of clients, Job portals and other Sourcing.

·      Techniques Sourcing requirements in Job portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Net-Temps, LinkedIn, and Etc.

·      Develop & Maintain new vendor contacts, build network relations across the IT industry using social networking sites such as LinkedIn.

Location : Kattur, Trichy, Tamil Nadu ((No Remote - Only Work from Office from Day 1 onwards)

Work days : Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Shift Timing : 6.30 PM to 4 AM IST
