Job roles and responsibility:

• Write and post technical job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Dice, Monster, Indeed, Stack Overflow and GitHub
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities.
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions).
• Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
• Promote company's reputation as a great place to work.
• Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements.
• Keep up to date with new technological trends and products.
• Onboarding new employee, DV, BGV and existing employee engagement
• any other duties that are required to perform on day-to-day basis in connection with operational / administrative functions viz onboarding activities.

Shift –1.00PM to 10.00PM or 3.00PM to 12.00 PM ( Mid Night) IST
