Roles & Responsibilities

●      Support/ coordinate and oversee day to day operation of the construction business

●      Define and implement operational strategy/ structure/ policies/ process

●      Manage budget and responsible for Profit of the company

●      Monitor performance and proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solution

●      Maintain working knowledge of HRD/Procurement/SCM/P&M/F&A, ERP and PMIS

●      Interview, Hire, Train and mentor the operation management Team

●      Leading departments and Pan India operation of the company

●      Tackling unforeseen issues and Trouble shoot

●      Maintain schedules and ensure materials/ machineries/ service provider availability

●      Update project management information system and reporting

●      Vibrant internal and external coordination & communication for the success of the projects

Educational Qualification

⮚   BE/ ME / MTech (Civil)- Reputed colleges

⮚   MBA/ LLB

⮚   PMP Certification (added advantage)

Other Requisites

⮚   Min 22- 30 years @ Projects

⮚   Exposure min 10 years with contract companies

⮚   Working experience with 1000 crore atmosphere

⮚   Multi teams’ managing capacity

⮚   PAN India & EPC exposure MUST

⮚   Speaking Hindi language in addition to English and Tamil
