Job Responsibilities:
· Conducts training programs for all skill levels, including basic sales skills, as well as advanced
Sales techniques , Point of Sales & Captive call-center environment
· Provides on the job hand holding to help the sales executives overcome objections, and teach
Consultative selling techniques.
· Should identify training needs and implement centrally/regionally driven comprehensive training program and R&R initiatives for the sales staff.
· Must own and drive performance culture, also, provide regular performance feedback and red flag the low performers.
· Must be available as a resource for various sales team members, who may need help for additional training for some various projects.
· Should adhere to planned training calendar and maintain monthly dashboards & daily reports
· Oversee and improves on overall grooming and presentation of the sales personals.
Qualification:
· Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate
Experience:
· At least two years of experience in sales and/or training.
Additional Details:
· 25 years of age or above (preferably)
· Experience in teaching sales techniques to others.
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
