Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager for a full-time senior position at our Chennai headquarters. The ideal candidate will have between 7 to 10 years of experience in product management, particularly within the enterprise software domain. This role involves leading innovative projects that align with our vision and driving the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The chosen candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that Ramco's offerings maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in roadmap planning to strategically guide product development and align with business goals (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in user experience design, focusing on creating intuitive and user-centric software interfaces (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to conduct comprehensive market research to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in agile methodologies for efficient project management and delivery of iterative product features.
• Experience in using JIRA for tracking and managing project progress, facilitating team collaboration.
