Job Title: Management Information System Executive
Experience Required: Upto 3 years of experience
Location: Morbi, Gujarat
Responsibilities:
- Follow up and collection of production report on daily basis
- Batch creation and stock update into system for dispatch planning.
- Collection of indents from internal sources and issue PO to concern vendor.
- Coding and formatting for newly developed products.
- Create and maintain various reports related to production and dispatch.
- Periodic stock reconciliation with Vendor inventory.
- Prepare and followups with vendor for MOU and renewal on time.
- Prepare price proposals.
- Assisting in preparing various reports.
- Preparing MIS reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Interacting, coordinating and following up with vendors.
- Working knowledge of relevant software (e.g.SAP)will be appreciated.
- Excellent math ability
- Good organisational skills
- Good knowledge of MS office.
- Excellent knowledge of advance MS excel.
