Job Description: MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and lead all the Maintenance Process of 2 Tiles Plants with 4 production lines.

2. Maintain all the machineries to ensure its working standards (Body Preparation, Glaze line, Kiln, Sorting and Utilities)

3. Create and implement Maintenance procedures and SOP

4. Conduct Regular inspection of machineries and resolve the problems and Breakdowns

5. To Prepare Department Wise Yearly Maintenance calendar and timely implementation

6. Track the expenses and oversee the budget for the maintenance

7. Attain the Quality and production targets set by management

8. Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs

9. Maintain minimal spares stocks and place orders when necessary

10. Maintain good team work and proper training to the down stream

11. Developing of imported spares in local

12. Implementing safety practice (wear safety harness, helmet, etc.) during machine erection and breakdown to avoid accident

13. Housekeeping & creating good working atmosphere inside the plant

14. Implementing TPM & 5S activities

15. ISO related activities

16. To report to the DGM on day-to-day operations and developments.

Requirements:

1. Diploma /B. Tech in Mechanical or Electro Mechanical

2. 15-20 years of experience in maintenance with a minimal 10 years’ experience in Tiles Industry

3. Previous Managerial Experience in Ceramic Industry much better, Having Project Experience is a bonus

4. Good Understanding of Technical Features of Tiles Manufacturing Industry

5. Excellent Organizational and leadership abilities

6. Exemptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills

7. Knowledge of SAP R3 and Auto CAD
