Job Title: Executive – Sample

Experience Required: Upto 2 years of experience

Location: Morbi, Gujarat

Responsibilities:

1.Coordinate and Collaborate with Product development & Production Team.

2. Co- ordination with Sales Team as well Logistic Team for planning & dispatches. 3. Lead the process of sample preparation and order confirmation.

4. Responsible for the management of Samples Collection as well distribution including ordering, receiving, organizing, distribution and Tracking.

5. Planning for new launch product sampling, catalogue and developed master in a time bound manner.

6. Deliver quality Samples on Time and as per requirement.

7. Process and monitor bills related to sampling.

8. Compile and maintain documents and records of all sample sales.

9. Having knowledge of spreadsheet and mailing.

10. Initiate and establish new procedures in sampling.

11. Working knowledge of relevant software (e.g. SAP) will be appreciated.

12. Excellent communication & Good organizational skills.

13. Must be able to work in flexible hours.
