RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
- Owning offline bus ticket sales in the region through travel agents and keeping a daily account
- Achieving ticket sales targets and agents onboarding numbers, educating and training agents regarding our B2B portal
- Regular visit to agents and relationship management; cash collection and deposit if required
- Responsible for spot bus ticket bookings and boarding point sales activities.
Operations
- Responsibility of boarding the passengers to buses at dedicated boarding point through bus captains.
- Ensuring amenities on the buses are as promised to our customers.
- Supervision of service performance and continuous improvement – customer ratings, NPS, on time arrival & departure.
- Regular coordination with bus operators and their staff to fix bus related issues within stipulated time.
- Handle ground staff like bus captains, driver/helpers and ensure compliance & SOP implementation.
- Execution of centrally devised offline promotional campaigns and marketing activities in the city.
