Job Description: Sr. Dialysis Technician

Designation: Junior Dialysis Technician

Experience: 5-10 Years

Salary: As per experience and assessment

Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc in Dialysis Technology with valid registration

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up and operating haemodialysis machines, ensuring proper function.
• Support patient positioning, monitor vital signs, and provide comfort during treatments.
• Assist in dialysis procedures, including femoral access, and care for vascular access.
• Monitor and assist with the RO water treatment system, ensuring water quality meets standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on RO units and maintain water quality logs.
• Follow infection control procedures and ensure cleanliness of equipment and patient areas.
• Record patient data and treatment details accurately.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of dialysis equipment and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Calm under pressure, especially during emergencies.
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety protocols.
