Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a part-time position with a focus on communication, office software, data entry, and telecalling. The job location is in South Delhi, Delhi, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience as a telecaller is a plus
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Data entry skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks including answering phones, managing calendars, and organizing meetings
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate and maintain files and records
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists and distribute company announcements
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
