Roles & Responsibilities:

• Explore new business avenues, proposal development, RFIs/ RFPs for skill development pro-ject with government and CSR space.

• Follow up with departments in Proposal/bid approval process.

• Cultivate relationships with government agencies, consultants, and other partners to build strong rapport, and to maximize value and operational efficiency of organization.

• Liasoning & Relationship with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), MORD, SSC, NCVET, Ministry of Skill Development, State Missions and etc. for Skill Development Assessment and projects.

• Business Development with Corporates, State & Central Govt. agencies for Skill development projects Pan India.

• Coordination with Govt./ Ministries for tender filling and bidding.

• Planning, strategizing, monitoring, evaluation, training & capacity building, MIS, Preparation and review of budget.

• Responsible for generating assessors’ pool as and when required.

• Daily Reporting of Progress work and submission of weekly action plan.
