We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating sales leads. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all leads are followed up and tracked. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Promote our products/services to potential customers

• Generate sales leads

• Follow up with leads to ensure they are tracked and properly handed off to the sales team

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets

• Maintain accurate records of all calls made and results achieved

• Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs and preferences

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Ability to handle objections and rejection

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
