Duties & Responsibilities:
•Write and edit content for sales/marketing collaterals including but not limited to case studies, blogs, whitepapers, social media posts, requirement documents and business manuals.
•Work closely with project and internal teams to understand the architecture, business objective and solution approach of system/application to create documentation.
•Assess the audience needs for whom the documentation is intended; adjust tone and usage of technical terms to meet those needs and to ensure proper understanding.
•Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
•Create presentations to demo the content strategy depending on the audience.
•Create clear and crisp content by conveying the message without excessive usage of jargon; focus on creating content for the intended purpose.
•Adopt and implement best practices and standards in content writing.
Pre-requisites and skillets required to apply for this role:
• At least 3+ years of proven experience in writing documents for technology domain.
• Ability to pay attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into text and visual frameworks.
• Excellent written skills in English.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development process.
• Undergraduate/Graduate degree in Engineering is preferred
