Role Summary: The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and
executing social media strategies to enhance the online presence and reputation of the
company. This role requires a creative thinker with a deep understanding of various
social media platforms, trends, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have 2-5
years of experience in social media management, excellent communication skills, and
a proven track record of driving engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Strategy Development:
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with
the company's goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to inform social media
strategies.
• Content Creation and Curation:
• Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g.,
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Curate user-generated content and collaborate with other teams to source content.
• Community Management:
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media
channels.
• Foster a sense of community and engage with followers to build brand loyalty.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute social media campaigns (e.g., product launches, promotions, events)
to drive brand awareness and conversion.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of social media
initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, etc.
• Provide regular reports on social media performance, and use insights to optimize
strategies.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive
messaging and branding across all channels.
• Coordinate with influencers, brand advocates, and partners for collaborations and
campaigns.
• Stay Updated with Trends:
• Keep abreast of emerging social media trends, technologies, and platforms, and propose
innovative ideas to drive engagement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
• Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
