Tasks & Activities:

∙PROJECT PLANNING AND EXECUTION: Where you break down the project

into smaller milestones, assign them to the team, start the work, collaborate, and reach

the end goals of the project.

∙QUALITY CONTROL & ASSURANCE: Quality Control and Assurance are

integral aspects of ensuring that products or services meet established standards and

customer expectations.

∙BUDGET, TEAM, TIME AND RISK MANAGEMENT: Efficient Budget

Management involves the planning, allocation, and control of financial resources for a

project, Team management involves assembling, organizing, and leading a group of

individuals to work collaboratively toward common project objectives, Time

Management in a project context entails creating schedules, defining timelines, and

ensuring tasks are completed within specified deadlines. Risk Management is the

identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential risks that could impact a project.

∙CLIENT AND STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION: Engaging with clients and

stakeholders requires understanding their expectations, providing regular updates, and

addressing concerns promptly. Regular and timely updates are crucial to keeping

clients and stakeholders informed about projects.

∙HEALTH AND SAFETY COMPLIANCE: Health and safety compliance is a critical

component of organizational practices that aims to ensure a safe and healthy work

environment for employees, visitors, and the community

∙Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering
